Two important principles govern our standard approach:
- We will quote for deliverables and invoice based on achievement rather than just the number of days spent working in your business.
- You and your project will present a unique combination of culture, challenges, risk and objectives.
- For these reasons we will not normally quote a daily rate

Approach
- An initial consultation day, normally free of charge.
- The submission of a draft project plan broken down into stages and key milestones or deliverables.
- A fixed price for completing the first stage and outline budget for the whole project.
- The price of each stage will be fixed at the end of the last.
- You commit to cost at the end of each stage.
